CARE INSTRUCTIONS :
We recommend hand washing and line drying for all of our garments. This will ensure that all of them keep their original beauty and form.
NOTE:
The colour and brightness of the product may vary due to digital photography and photo editing. We are sure that you will like the actual product more than the picture.
Each item is handmade, so you may find slight differences or imperfections in the prints making it more gorgeous and unique.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:
Please pay attention that buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
We do our best to meet your highest expectations. Please contact us immediately if you experience any problems with your order. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at azurebymanvi@gmail.com and we share the return address with you.
If your return is accepted (courier charges will be applicable for the same). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at azurebymanvi@gmail.com.
Return Due to Alteration Requests
In case of alternations, please reach out to us and we will be happy to assist you (courier charges will be applicable for the same).
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Returns Due to Damaged Products
In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged/ defective, we will assist in the replacement of the same. Please send us an email detailing out the damage/ defect in the product - along with a photo, at azurebymanvi@gmail.com, within 24 hours of receiving your order. All returns will be subject to our verification. Once your return request is received and verified - we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Upon authorization of return, we will gladly offer you an exchange/ store credit on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
